Public Bookings Link is not valid for some customers

I use a personal Booking page to arrange meetings with several customers. While for most customers it works fine, I receive feedback from some of them that the link doesn’t work (sporadically from the US, India and France so far). They get the error message “This link is not valid. Please contact the organizer to check if the URL is correct.” This happens when sharing a link for a public meeting as well as for my entire booking page. When I try the same link in a private browser window, it works. What can I do to fix this issue?

I'm also having this issue with a user in my environment. Did you find a solution?

Batemo I'm having a similar problem. My bookings link works for some clients, but not for others. One sent me a screenshot (below). Has a solution been found?

We have a customer seeing the same issue.
I did some tests today on a newly created public link.
      These were my results.

works on my 2 of microsoft tenants on my pc now in chrome.
does not work on either of my iphones. One signed into a tenant that works on the PC and one has no Microsoft affiliation at .
Doesn't work on chrome incognito page on pc
Didn't work with my third microsoft account in edge

It definitely feels like it is trying to open the receivers outlook account. even though all documentation looks like it should work for any email user.

Looks like the bookings links don't work if the recipient doesn't have a mailbox in microsoft's cloud exchange but they have an AAD login.
