PowerApps connector failing: Service could not be created. The service configuration file is invalid

We just turned on the service internally yesterday.  Waited 24 hours to see if there was any change or replication issue going on.  If we attempt to use the Connector it has the following behavior:

• Can see the Connector in PowerApps via View | Data | Add Data
• Can see existing Connections w/ my user ID and another w/ a general "Microsoft Bookings"
• Selecting either gives an error message noted below
