Personal Bookings Page

Hi, I'm new to bookings and set up my schedule. I shared with a client and they booked an appointment. However, they selected a time that was already marked as busy on my calendar. 

 

How do I make sure my personal bookings page is reviewing my calendar?

  • It sounds like your Bookings page isn’t syncing properly with your personal calendar. To fix this, open your Bookings settings and make sure your personal Outlook calendar is connected under Staff > Your name > Events on calendar affect availability, this option should be turned on. This tells Bookings to automatically block out any times you’re already marked as busy in Outlook, so clients can only pick open slots. Once that’s enabled, save your settings and test by creating a busy event in your Outlook calendar to confirm it no longer appears as available on your booking page.
