Participant Email id missing in Meeting Participants list

Every time a customer books a slot using Bookings, the invite which come to me on outlook doesnot have the customer email id in the Participant list. It is embedded in the notes.

This makes any rescheduling impossible directly using Outlook Calendar.

Any solution or workaround ?
