Outlook entries not appearing in shared Microsoft bookings page
Hi,
I want to use Microsoft bookings as the primary calendar system for my company. We currently use Outlook calendar. However, when I click into Microsoft Bookings calendar, it only displays appointments booked via Microsoft bookings. Yes, "Events on Office 365 calendar affect availability" toggle is enabled. Microsoft bookings correctly blocks off time that is busy in Outlook, I just can't see any of those Outlook entries in Microsoft bookings. How can I fix this please? I don't want to have to flick between Outlook calendar and Bookings calendar.
Thanks,
Irene

Microsoft Bookings only shows appointments created through Bookings, even if the “Events on Office 365 calendar affect availability” option is turned on. That setting just blocks your busy times from Outlook, but it doesn’t actually display those events in the Bookings calendar. The easiest way around this is to make Outlook your main calendar view and add your Bookings calendar there, Outlook will show both your regular Outlook events and your Bookings appointments in one place. That way, you don’t have to keep switching back and forth between the two.
