Only allow Team / online meetings when off-site
Hi all,
I use bookings for my therapy business. I do in-person and online sessions (via Teams). When I travel, I would like to still have my online sessions available but the physical meetings are not.
Any ideas on how this can be accomplished?

- You could set it up so that you have two services to pick from - online and in-person. If they use the same calendar/ staff member, then you cant be double booked when both options are available.
When you travel, just set not bookable date range for the in-person service.- Found out how to make it not bookable for a date range. It does what it need. However I have multiple in-person services that I manually have to do this on. But for now it is better than nothing 🙂 It would be great if it was a setting, and if Bookings could see that I was at another location, hence making my onsite services unavailable 🙂
- Yes unfortunately I don't think there is any option like that yet, but at least manually adding non-bookable dates can manage it for now.

I do have them as seperate services. One with a physical location and one with the Teams meeting added automatically.
Hmm.. How do I set a not bookable date range for the in-person service?
