Not able to add staff

I’ve added a staff person to my Bookings page, but when they click to accept in their invitation email, it says “It looks like you do not have access to the Booking page, Please get in touch with the person that invited you”. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

I feel Bookings is getting more and more unusable.
