Not able to add external gmail user as staff
I'm having trouble adding users as a staff on my ms bookings page. It only take emails of my domain. When trying to add outlook or gmail I get no error message. It just does not show up.

I'm having this issue as well. Appears to be almost like an address blacklist, but unable to confirm. This happens with any personal email service. What worked for me was using an Outlook.com address, at first it rejected it but after changing a single character in the address it surprisingly added it. So after this I used the alias feature in the Outlook.com account to add an alias containing the modified address that was added to Bookings.

I'm also having this issue. I found that if I add a . somewhere in the email prefix, it will add the @gmail.com address. I've opened a support request with MS on this as it makes no sense.
