MS Bookings | One-Time Use Link Errors
Oooh yikes, it does sound like an update broke something. They do make changes on the backend every so often. Not sure what their release schedule is like, so it's hard to say what exactly broke it -- but your post has been up nearly 2 months now, and it's still an issue...
Do you have a small business, with access to the Microsoft 365 admin portal? If so, you can open a support ticket with Microsoft through the M365 admin portal. They respond pretty fast.
Otherwise if you don't, you could possibly contact support for help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/home/contact (you might want to change the region, this link is for Canada). Search for something, click on the "Contact Support" button that shows up at the bottom. I'd say this falls under "Microsoft 365 and Office" > Technical support.
