Tom_L_NNany updates here? We had an abysmal time with app cancellations and had to ditch the app. I'm loathe to go back to it unless the issues have truly been fixed!
Hi JodyC185 - so it seems it's a default setting that if there is only one customer in a booking and they cancel it will always cancel the whole event. But, if there are 2 or more customers, the event won't cancel even if customers cancel their spot. So we are assigning one "placeholder" customer to each event before inviting others, which ensures there are always 2+ customers in each one
