We are having this issue as well and it is causing confusion for both staff and customers.
- Hi JThomas235 - seems it's a default setting that if there is only one customer in a booking and they cancel it will always cancel the whole event. But, if there are 2 or more customers, the event won't cancel even if customers cancel their spot. So we are assigning one "placeholder" customer to each event before inviting others, which ensures there are always 2+ customers in each one
