Modify standard email sent when you share your personal page

I strongly need to change the standard email sent when you share your personal page beacuse the subject of the email has been translated like that: "Prenota un orario con me senza tante discussioni" that sound REALLY REALLY UNPOLITE. So i can't use this tool. Please let me know how to modify email or fix the error. I can suggest a correct subject: "Prenota facilmente un appuntamento con me.". Thanks in advance.
