julian_IT408 Appointment reminders are based on the snapshot details available at the time of appointment creation. Any change to the service config post the appointment creation won't be applied for existing appointments.
Thank you for your response @Babu_Alagrsamy. Is there any possibility of more feature updates to the product in the future that may allow existing appointments to be updated with the info ?
