Microsoft Bookings not showing available times
I have used Bookings for years, and suddenly my availability is not showing up on my bookings link for students to select. I tried clearing and entering my business hours again, and that didn't make a difference. What do I need to do to fix this? I rely on this for students to make appointments with me and it is really challenging going back and forth on email making appointments.

I figured out that only one of my services was not showing up on the calendar, even though the settings were exactly the same. I ended up deleting the service and creating a new one with the exact same information and settings, and it is now showing up on my calendar.
Sometimes Bookings stops showing available times because of a few hidden settings. The first thing to check is that your service-specific hours match your business hours, since services can override your general schedule. Also, make sure your Outlook calendar doesn’t have tentative or all-day events blocking your availability, as Bookings will treat those as conflicts. If you recently changed accounts or settings, try removing and re-adding yourself as staff to refresh the sync. It’s also worth checking your time zone settings in both Outlook and Bookings, and testing the booking link in a private browser window to rule out cache issues. Most of the time, adjusting service hours or clearing hidden calendar conflicts solves it.
