Microsoft Bookings Is Ignoring Blocked Times and Showing as Available

dylchuck I am having the same issue. 1 person is assigned to the services and when they are booked it still shows a booked time as available. It is quite frustrating as I need to find a solution to scheduling but this isn't working for me.

bthomas Is this appointment being made from the booking page or by the admin ?
The slots might appear as available for some time but won't allow the booking to go through. Are you able to book the same slot twice for the staff member ?
