meeting requests from bookings are deleted and not added to my diary
I use Bookings to let clients book time with me. In outlook - desktop, on the browser and on mobile, when clienst book I get three emails - two confirmations and one meeting request.
But the meeting request goes straight to my deleted items folder and when I open it I get a message saying outlook cannot find the meeting in the calendar.
I have checked settings in Outlook desk top as follows, but as the problem occurs in all mail apps, I think the problem must be on the server.
Option,
Mail - there are no longer any settings for the processing of meeting requests
Calendar - I have no automatic processing of meeting requests
I have a 365 for business subscription, but can't bear to go through all the change your profile nonsense before getting an answer.
This is the third forum I have tried, answers pointed me to learn and learn pointed me here - meeting requests from bookings are deleted and not added to my diary - Microsoft Q&A

normaluser The appointments booked through Bookings are auto-accepted for the staffs and that is the reason it goes into the deleted items folder. But these appointments are saved to staff's calendar, and you should see these events in your Outlook calendar,
Thanks,
Babu
- normaluserCopper ContributorThe problem is, the events are NOT in my Outlook calendar, that is why I have raised this question. Givent that the auto-acceptance is not working, is there a way to turn it off?

normaluser Sorry about that experience. I just tried it to double check and it seems to be working as expected. Can you please check if you have multiple calendars (primary / secondary) configured in Outlook and if Primary calendar is enabled in the calendar view?
If this does not work, can you please create a support ticket so that we can help you unblock asap.
Please check Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn for details on creating a support ticket.
Thanks,
Babu
