meeting requests from bookings are deleted and not added to my diary
normaluser The appointments booked through Bookings are auto-accepted for the staffs and that is the reason it goes into the deleted items folder. But these appointments are saved to staff's calendar, and you should see these events in your Outlook calendar,

normaluser Sorry about that experience. I just tried it to double check and it seems to be working as expected. Can you please check if you have multiple calendars (primary / secondary) configured in Outlook and if Primary calendar is enabled in the calendar view?
If this does not work, can you please create a support ticket so that we can help you unblock asap.

I am an independent advisor answering Bookings questions.
After reading this thread, I am curious about the resolution that you received.
The only suggestion I have to offer is to update your calendar apps on each device. It sounds like that Bookings is not syncing across apps properly.
Again, please let us know the actual fix.
