Mail Invite at 1:N Bookings flooding Customers with hundreds of mails

Hi there,

 

actually i am using bookings for several 1:N Events with awful issues....

 

Each Time a Person books an Appointment ALL existing Attendees get also a new Invite Mail. 

No way to stop it.
Every change on the appointment also triggers a few mails to all attendees.

 

it gets also much worser, when someone uses a false mailadress - then it increases the mail flood (trying to resend invitation again and again..)

 

Even if a Attendee is deleted from the appontment he still gets new mails.
Deleting the Customer in Bookings does not change anything..

 

 

by the way: Attendees get 3 mails when they book an Appointment 

 

Attendees are very very very unhappy with this Email Floodind

 

very very disturbing .... 

 

Any Solution ???
