Seems to be resolved by whatever Microsoft did, works OK for quite a few of our users.

I already contributed to this post earlier this week, but I can also confirm the same frustrations that others have voiced this week. Just today, I was able to get two users that were seeing this error to book by trying in an Incognito window in Chrome. As others pointed out, we had them book "as Guest" and they had to verify with a 6-digit code emailed to them, but it was able to work without error. Hope this helps others try, but I agree, Microsoft needs to listen and fix this.

Same problem here, large hospital/university enterprise. Countless reports of students not being able to book with advisors, and users in general having to play IT with people trying to book calendars.
This has been going on for a LONG time sporadically MSFT. Your lack of presence in these discussions, and the fact that you point people posting in official MSFT forums to user community boards.. it's pretty sad. Multi-Billion dollar company, and you need you most coveted ambassadors (use admins) to do your legwork.
Do better.

Same frustration with this unfixed error
The touted solution of going to Bookings admin screen and magically it starts working, has lost its magic.
Copilot gives same rant, then point to this:
4. Ongoing Issues:
This error has been reported by multiple users, indicating it may be a broader issue with Microsoft Bookings. If the problem continues, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support or checking the Microsoft Community forums for updates and potential fixes.
By following these steps, you may be able to resolve the "We could not fulfill your request" error in Microsoft Bookings. If the issue remains unresolved, it may be beneficial to monitor community discussions or contact Microsoft directly for further assistance. - ZottyCopper Contributor
I'm just a lowly business user at my org, and we're experiencing this too. I'm confused why I can't find any other news about this after my quick Google looking at the past week. Has anyone heard any updates yet?

Did anyone find a fix for this? We have it enabled but you can't be logged in and have to be a guest. I don't get it.

Same here. I heard reports of it not working last week but it was fine when I checked it. Now it's pretty well broken, except for booking as a guest.
Tried Edge, both regular and inprivate.
Tried Chrome, both regular and incognito.
One report came from a mac user, unsure if they were using Chrome or Safari.
In all cases I tried, when logged into a Microsoft account, I get the error in the original post. Tried multiple booking pages and booking from multiple accounts (although all in the same tenant).
In all cases, if I "Continue as a guest" and provide a non-MS email, it sends a verification code to that email and then successfully creates a booking.

Glad to hear it isn't just me, but I am frustrated that I don't know what is causing this issue and how to fix it.

Same here, in dev tools it shows tatus(StatusCode=\"Unavailable\", Detail=\"API no longer supported.\")"
When I try to book as guest via Inprivate tab it does work fine
