Editing body of text in Bookings

Hi there - when we set up Bookings initially, anyone assigned administrative duties could edit the body of text in Outlook and in the backend of Bookings. Since the bug of doubling up appts started, we have not been able to edit the body of text where the information is at, only the header.

Is this going to be addressed as well, or is that option just not available anymore? We tend to get additional information for appointments, so if we can still amend those, that would be fantastic.

Also, the layout of the virtual links looks off as well, more like just the code rather than the way it was initially. Is this how that will appear going forward?

  • nzalber, can you please elaborate the problem a bit? If you have some screenshots to show what is the expected behavior vs the current behavior that would help a lot.

Hello davisjr - this is also causing issues within our organization. Our internal teams were previously able to edit the body of the MS Bookings meeting invite but are now unable to. At times, they need to add additional information about the client. Our busiest time of the year is coming up and this is preventing our teams from adopting MS Bookings.

So we are still able to edit the body of the email text via the back end of Bookings, just not through the Outlook side, so that may be a work around that will work for you, that's what we started doing and it does update via Outlook, just a extra step.
