    gevassil Hey thanks for reaching out. You can add a logo, change theme from your admin portal. When you go to portal you see Add logo option in left pane. You can go to 'Bookings Page' tab to change the theme. Unfortunately, we do not have any customisation available for the sender of the mailbox. I agree its a good to have thing, but currently we do not support that. Thanks for your interest and support to Bookings!
