Customization of the Select Staff drop down
When creating a new appointment, can you make the Select Staff drop down mandatory and remove the Anyone option?

Unfortunately Microsoft Bookings doesn't offer that feature (pretty sad!) but there are a few way around. 1. You can set you staff working hours accordingly. For example, if you have 3 staff members and each appointment is 1 hr. You can set person 1- 9-10, person2-10-11,person3-11-12......and so on. The switch off option to choose staff. This way only that particular staff member gets booked for selected time.
2. Create service with each staff name. SO the customer can see if their preferred staff is available. If not, they can see who is available.
These are not the ideal options but might work. Hope that helps. 🙂
