Custom fields in book screen
I'd like to add a field to the book screen that requires the user to add a subject to their request. At the moment, calendar entries only show, for example, "60-minute discussion with ...", so it's difficult to know in advance what sort of conversation you're getting into. Copilot tells me there's an "add a custom field" option, but I can't find it. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

In Microsoft Bookings you can’t directly change the subject line of the Outlook invite, but you can add a custom field to the booking form so people must enter a subject or short description when they book. You’ll find this option by editing the service, scrolling down to the “custom fields” or “custom questions” section, and adding a required question like “Please describe the topic.” Their answer won’t replace the invite title, but it will show up in the booking details and in the appointment notes, so you’ll know what the meeting is about before it starts. If you really want it to update the subject line automatically, you’d need to use Power Automate, but for most people the custom field works well enough.

Thanks, MrCharlesJenkins. This helps, but I have no "custom fields" or "questions" sections, only "schedule customisation".
