- Sep 12, 2023Microsoft has stated to me the code change that caused the issue has been reverted. Should start to see issues resolved on new appointments, existing ones may still have issues.

I don’t get why it still works if you go in and update it manually?

I attempted to update it manually. The name still did not appear in Outlook for me. C4Backup
- C4BackupMar 26, 2024Copper ContributorIf you go to the Bookings site itself, click edit then update it should work. Some of them I have amended the time, then put it back and it sorted it. Might be worth trying both

I contacted Microsoft O365 support last week and they reproduced the issue.
They said it's by design and to log an enhancement request to propose that they fix it.

- MycetismMar 25, 2024Copper ContributorYou have to update in the booking calendar side, but honestly it's not worth the trouble since you will have to redo it every single event... there is better solutions, the 2 options we found :
1. Use the ''New'' outlook, with the new outlook when you click an event all the detail will open in a small windows.
2. If you want to keep using the Desktop Outlook software, in calendar, you can simply add a viewing panel that can be on the right side or under the calendar, so when you click on an event, you have all the detail right away. it's the only solution so far
