Client names not showing in appointment titles on calendar
- Microsoft has stated to me the code change that caused the issue has been reverted. Should start to see issues resolved on new appointments, existing ones may still have issues.
We are still having this issue. Is the resolution just to make an entirely new Booking Calendar? ThomasSchwoerer
- No, new Bookings site was not needed. Microsoft had fixed it in the back-end of Bookings service as a whole, not anything on our side/tenant. We haven't seen it come back yet as others have.
Still hoping Microsoft fix this.
So if anyone is wondering, its possible to fix this issue with zapier, but do to do it efficiently you will need the premium plan because it needs 4 steps.The free plan is limited to 2 steps, it would still work, but it's terrible :
- Trigger : New event with ''X'' name is added to calendar
- Action : Create a New event using the details in the first event as the name of the new event
Yes you have 2 events, but it does fix the issue.

ThomasSchwoerer The problem was solved, but this week, after almost 6 months, it appeared again. Am I the only one or do others have the same issue again?

Leon_van_der_Zanden, same here. Problem returned this week. Client names are missing from results using the Graph Api.

As of today for appointments made in the last 3 weeks, no names are showing, and have never showed for last year? perhaps there is a setting as well?- M team mates are also reporting that the issue seems to be resolved.
- I'll also monitor this issue and will report here the status asap.
