Can end user choose if meeting online or in person?

- Thanks for the feedback. Currently its only possible through 3 different services. We will consider this as a future enhancement.
You could manage this with only 2 services. Add a custom radio question, tagged as required, to the service, "Do you prefer an in-person meeting or a phone call"? if the hours for all options are the same, you can set this all up with one service.
