Buffer time included in meeting time
This behaviour is bizarre though, and is definitely not the way it used to behave. A booking of 30 minutes, with fifteen minute buffer either side is now showing as a single booking of one hour. This is causing much confusion with people as they're going to log on to a meeting at the event start time when it doesn't actually begin for another fifteen minutes.
Either buffer time needs to show separately on Outlook calendars as 'buffer time' OR it doesn't show on the calendar at all as a physical entry, but the buffer logic still applies.

I really want to move back to Calendly for the same reason.

Microsoft is consistently dropping the ball with its products. You can't even sync your google calendar to outlook anymore.. (look at attachment)
To use Teams on mobile, the user has to download the app. lol.Zoom doesn't have the same requirement.
We will not be integrating with any Microsoft products in the future.

Similarly, buffer times are added to the Outlook event but not to Bookings.
We regret choosing Microsoft products for our project.
Bookings has been highly problematic, with numerous issues.
Outlook is frustrating, and the Graph API is challenging to work with.
We've encountered issues with almost every product.
A quick search for solutions to any problem often leads to unhelpful blocks and no resolutions from Microsoft.
We are 100% moving away from Microsoft for future implementations.
