I experienced this same issue today. Ultimately, I found that Bookings was disabled in our org settings. I'd thought Bookings was enabled before, but perhaps the enablement options changed?
In any event, take a look at your settings:
Microsoft 365 Admin Center -> Settings -> Org Settings -> Bookings

This did fix my unhandled error. Strangely, if anyone signs in with a personal Office 365 account, they are blocked with the message "You do not have access to Bookings with me", even to view my publicly available Bookings, but anyone can continue on as Guest and access the pages. Seems odd that logging in would have less access than an anonymous user.
