Bookings with me we could not fulfil your request when using guest non Microsoft account. I would screenshot the error but your file upload doesn't work here. I have user that has a booking page and some external users get the error code page that is attached. The issue only happens with some external users so it makes it harder for me to troubleshoot. The user has the right license and our organization policies allow external users to book. There was another question with the same issue but it was never resolved. We are experiencing an issue where a user has an existing public Bookings page. They logged in today and it tries to walk them through the new user tutorial. They complete the tutorial, and it provides an error message. Other users in our organization are working with no issue. I am the MS Bookings admin for my company, and I have a retail store manager that receives bookings notifications and is on the schedule for the services consumers can select from. I did not make any changes to the admin side of Bookings, but he now receives different information when people schedule an appointment. Phone numbers now have a "0" before them when the consumer doesn't input that, and he no longer receives the customer address even though it's a required field in the scheduler. As an example, last month he received: Name: John Doe Email: email address removed for privacy reasons Phone Number: 555-555-5555 Address: 123 Example St, Example, CA 12345 Time Zone: (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) He now receives: Name: John Doe Email: email address removed for privacy reasons Phone Number: 05555555555 Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time Any ideas as to why that would be and/or how to fix it and get back to the information included in last months submissions?1KViews0likes4CommentsBooking app not working via web version
I am having issue with getting booking app to work on a client's system. Whenever I try to use booking app, I get one of two errors. Opps something went wrong, or team callback timed out.
