Bookings WebURL for Staff Members

Hello!

I am working on setting up Bookings for a business and wanted to check if there is any way to get the WebURL for a staff member. I was able to extract the WebURL for a business and a service but there seems to be no way to get one for a staff member so that can be sent to a client to directly schedule an appointment with the staff member.

Thanks in advance!

    hey Yash,
So to accomplish what you are looking for, you must create a service for each staff person.
So if you want Tim to have 30 minute interviews, and you can add it about a service, you would create a service, Tim's 30 minute meetings. Then assign only Tim to it and do not let the person select a booking person. This will generate a service link for 30 minute meetings with Tim.

Thank you for your contribution. For me, this is more of a workaround, not really a solution. I have a team with more than 10 people and 4 different services. In your case, I would have to build and maintain more than 40 different services. That's the reason why I am not using this workaround and why I need a proper solution from Microsoft that is scaling with team growth and our needs in the future.

As I wrote that, Microsoft sent update of Booking in Outlook.
        Outlook personal bookings page

Bookings in Outlook is coming to help you reduce the back and forth in scheduling, while helping you maintain control of your calendar. You'll be able to create custom meeting types to share with others so they can easily find a time to schedule a 1:1 meeting with you according to your availability and preferences. When someone schedules a meeting with you using your personal booking page, you will both receive an email confirmation. Attendees can update or cancel scheduled meetings with you directly from your personal bookings page. Bookings in Outlook will roll out as a preview version, and you will get a new communication when it becomes GA. While Microsoft Bookings is designed for group and team scheduling, Bookings in Outlook is meant only for the owner of the mailbox and is based only on their preferences and availability.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap IDs 93239
        When this will happen:
Targeted Release (select users and entire org): will begin rolling out in early June and expect to complete rollout mid-June.
Standard: will begin rolling this out in mid-June and expect to complete rollout late-June.
How this will affect your organization:
Users will be able to access their personal booking page from the Outlook web calendar or through https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/.
All users with the following subscriptions will have access to Bookings in Outlook by default:
        • Office 365: A3, A5, E1, E3, E5, F1, F3
        • Microsoft 365: A3, A5, E1, E3, E5, F1, F3, Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium
What you need to do to prepare:
Bookings in Outlook will be enabled by default for users that meet the licensing requirements. To disable access to creating a personal booking page for your organization or select users, follow these instructions.

You are not the only one who is desperately looking for this feature. As far as I know, there is no possibility right now to generate a link for a service & a specific person.
