Bookings reply errors
I am admin on 13 shared Microsoft Bookings calendars.
In each calendar there are 3 admins and 1 team member. Our customers can only book with the team member.
On the Business Information settings, the Customer Replies email address is set to the email address of the team member.
The calendars have different names to the team members, they use their job titles.
Whenever someone replies to a booking or an out of office reply comes, or even a bounceback, they're going to the wrong people. Mostly they come to me, often they're going to email addresses that aren't associated with those calendars in anyway.
Example.
Booking calendar for jobtitle1 has the following staff attached
jobtitle1
manager1
manager2
manager3
Customer books with jobtitle1 and when they hit reply, it sends an email to jobtitle8 - which is in no way attached to this calendar.
How is this even possible? When people hit reply or there's bounceback, everything goes wrong.
Can someone please advise?
