Bookings personal page shows incorrect times, not my "regular working hours" from settings
leowi1770 I am not the best at this app yet and not sure why it doesnt work with your regular working hours but have you tried instead using the custom hours option instead? It worked for me.
One more thing I wanted to check was my desktop outlook calendar work hours. So I had set my work hours through bookings online under my outlook settings for M365 to 8:00am-4:00PM. Then I went to my outlook desktop app and noted that my calendar working hours in there said 8:30am-4:30pm. So I changed those too 8:00am-4:00pm and then bam those hours showed up in my Bookings Page on my browser under my regular working hours. I hope this makes sense. You go to file>options>calendar>work time and change your hours there.

but i forgot to note that i am running macOS, not windows, so im working with the windows outlook version, though i am working with bookings through the regular web interface.- mafugAug 06, 2024Copper ContributorI am facing the same issue as you. I have entered my regular working hours from 9-12 and 14-18 and set my Personal Bookings page to use my regular work hours.
However on my bookings page there are still slots offered from 12-14.
In the new Outlook app on Windows there is only one way to set my working hours, same as in your screenshot, I do not have the options from Nicole's screenshot. So it looks like the Bookings app is not using the work hours configured correctly.
Maybe the app is only using the legacy work hours explained here?

Hi - yes that looks to be it. I have 2 personal calendars, 1 of them is a shared calendar. I am able to update the working hours on both calendars to 1100-1500 in the new outlook. But the legacy hours for the shared calendar I cannot figure out how to update on the old outlook. So it looks like bookings is taking by working hours from the legacy instance of the 1 shared calendar and applying that availability.
MS FIX THIS!!
