Bookings Pages in wrong language despite right settings

Language setting Norwegian and booking main page in Norwegian, but sharing e-mail display English.
If the end user got english as default language in OS will it then display English?
We use the Subject as identification for e-mail transport rules. now the subject is generated in english instead of german. this seems to be randomly changeing right? - ho do i report such issues to microsoft?
fismits7744 sadly I cannot help you with that. There may be a report function in the admin center. We just "sat it out".
