We have a similar issue.
Timezone of our Bookings calendars are set to Brussels (UTC+1) and language is either Duch/Belgium or French/Belgium.But the Bookings page is displayed in English.
Further more, the proposed timeslots are presented in AM or PM mode - which is not used in Belgium. This results in clients booking the wrong timeslots: for example a timeslot was booked for 1h in the morning but the client showed up at 13h (some services are offered 24/24h)
Can Microsoft look into this problem and find a fix?
- Marcel SjardijnJun 15, 2023Copper ContributorI've checked daily since the reports of the solve came in, but I'm still experiencing the same problem as you. I'm also in Dutch so maybe it's a locale thing. Seeing the messages of the solve I'm hoping it might be just a little longer wait.
- MMMarioJun 15, 2023Copper ContributorHi,
what you describe are exactly the symptoms I had till last week. As described above I created a ticket and the topic was quite fast accepted as a global Microsoft server issue and disappeared after the weekend.
I recommend you to create a ticket as well and to refer to this thread in order to avoid discussions, that it is related to your specific (client) environment only.- PeterVanHakenJun 26, 2023Copper ContributorI created a ticket and the issue was resolved for our calendars
