Bookings on Education tenant? Can we use it?
I can use it in my A1 Plus directly through the https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/bookings/ link, but there is still no trace of it in the admin center.

It's definitely a recently acquired one (we have purchased it specifically to have Bookings), and its assigned to a user with a long-time existing mailbox, being previously licensed with A1 Plus. The Booking tile leads to the same page as the direct path, and unfortunately still no luck there. I can provide a Fiddler-trace if that helps troubleshooting, and thanks in advance for looking into this.

Hi Zoltan,
If your A3 license is a recently acquired one, then Bookings should work. Some times, depending on how long Exchange takes to set up the user's email, Bookings can encounter issues to create a Booking calendar.
Could you ask your user to use the direct path to create a Booking calendar?
Let me know if this doesn't work and if so, I will ask engineering to check.
Thanks!

Hi Gabriel_Valdez,
I have assigned A3 license to a user to set up Booking, but when adding a new calendar, it keeps dropping an error: "There was a problem setting up the booking calendar". I assume the rollout has to be done in our tenant as last week I was able to set up Booking even with A1 Plus license through the direct link. Interestingly, I still can use the existing Booking calendars created by A1 Plus licensed users.
Where should I address this issue - can you help through this channel, or should I turn to the regular o365 support through the web-admin or to Premier Support? Do they have Bookings in their support scope already?

Hi Douglas,
We are rolling out Bookings to all A3/5 customers but it can take some time to reach everyone. The direct path will work for you and once the rollout gets to you, you will see the admin controls.
Thanks!
