Bookings Feature - Missing a lot of information
Hello,
Would it be possible to have help on this topics, a customer booked a meeting with me - i cant see any of the notes, why cant there be a feature to fix this? Why not just add all the details in the booking - its a bit difficult unnecessarily to find more information
It says the below:

When i log in i cant even see where the internal notes are? How do i see the internal notes, to see more information on the booking -
Also i dont even see which customer booked the meeting - i need that to be adviced on the actual booking.it just says you have a booking but it doesnt sync with who its booked with in my calander.

It is in the Customer Record. If you select the Calendar, on the left side choose Customers. Then chose a record and the Notes is available.
Not very useful, so I will continue to look for how to have it sent in email or display in the Calendar Slot
Also not sure if a Customer enters Notes on another Booking slot, if it Keeps the first or Overwrites when another Booking is made
