Bookings bookable schedule (Office 365)

Hi,

 

Has anyone here experienced in Bookings that a date is supposed to be blocked off or not available for bookings since the person/staff has an all-day calendar booking, but there are timeslots shown for that date in bookings calendar?

 

P.S. The all-day booking is set as "busy".

    adminfam did you notice any change in behavior recently? Can you also share what is the duration of the event?

    Note that if there are multiple staff assigned to the service, any one of them being available will cause the slots to show up on the booking page.
