Bookings : send an email to all the participants of a service

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I got some services allowing up to 10 participants. How can I send an e-mail to all the participants?&nbsp;There's a feature for sending an email before or after the appointment. I'm looking for a way to do it at any time.&nbsp;Thanks for your help.&nbsp;Regards,Marc&nbsp;
