Booking page and "bad request" message
We created a Booking page and published it to our employees only. The link to this bookings page was sent via Outlook. However, a lot of users are getting a "Bad Request" message after they open the link.
Why this problem occurred and what can be done so that peole can get an access to this page? What can we do to avoid this problem in the future?
- Workaround:
If the Bookings page runs into a "Bad request" error, open https://outlook.office365.com in the same browser and then open the respective Bookings page again

I've found a few triggers for the Bad Request message:
- Bookings doesn't seem to like Chrome for the Bookings page—I was able to create the page in Chrome without issue.
- I'm able to view the Bookings page in Edge and Firefox, but I need to be sure to be signed into my work account in Outlook.com in each browser. This makes sense, as I've set the Bookings page to work only with people in my organization
- Note: I had to sign into this page with my personal account, because, strangely, it's blocked with my work account. Very odd, given that I work in IT. 😛

Same issue here. Booking page was working fine the last months and stopped working some days ago. But it's not a general issue, for some users it's working.

Kaisav From what I can see the url for our booking link that is not working has an @ symbol in it which seems to be system generated by the booking app. When we try to add it to quicklinks in SP or just as a link in a text box, it is stripping out the @ and replacing with a %40 so the link is no longer working when this happens. I have not figured out a work around for it 😞

I was just informed that my Bookings page is not working, and when I visit the page, I also see the “Bad Request” error. I am 100% sure that the 'Bookings' was working OK 2 to 3 weeks ago, as I had spent time testing the service capabilities during setup.
UPDATE
After reviewing the 'Bookings' page, it appears that Microsoft has changed the format of the URL...?
Original 'Bookings' URL:
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/email address removed for privacy reasons/bookings
New 'Bookings' URL:
https://outlook.office365.com/book/email address removed for privacy reasons/
NOTE: Replace "email address removed for privacy reasons" with the name of the 'Bookings' page and the Domin.
Assuming I am correct, then it would be nice to have been informed of this change by Microsoft and not by someone trying to book an appointment 😐

Another solution here.
Try to access the booking form by using INCOGNITO mode on the web browser.

Mine works intermittently. One moment it does, 10 minutes later it doesn't. Thats zero use, tbh. I will have to switch to a 3rd party solution.
