Booking calendar is showing all services deleted
- SusanMcClementsMar 18, 2024Iron ContributorI wish a Booking engineer would respond to these posts. I use to be part of the Booking Private Preview team but recently was removed from that team. Over the last few months the Teams was not responding to requests or issues. The best advice right now for Booking users is to use the Teams app over the web version.

SusanMcClements Just to clarify, when you use the “Add time off” feature in Microsoft Bookings, the system creates an internal “service” specifically for that time-off block. This internal service is stored under Deleted Services, you might see the label “(deleted service)” appear in your calendar entry subject. Please rest assured this is expected behavior and does not affect your actual services.
For a seamless experience, I recommend blocking off your time using your Outlook or Office calendar events instead. Bookings is designed to respect your staff calendar events—so if you enable the option “Events on Office calendar affect availability” for each staff member (Bookings → Staff → select staff member → Edit staff → check the box → Save), any event you place on your Outlook or Teams calendar will automatically block out that time in Bookings. This approach keeps your schedule in sync without generating additional time-off “services.”
