Booking app not working via web version

I am having issue with getting booking app to work on a client's system. Whenever I try to use booking app, I get one of two errors.  Opps something went wrong, or team callback timed out.  Can somebody assist me with this issue. I have tried erasing the cookie and cache, but nothing works.  We have tried on different browsers and same issue.
