booked appointments not showing on our bookings calendar
Hi Everyone,
I received a meeting booked using the bookings page but when I login to the calendar page, it is not showing up as an entry.
When I go to the services page, i see the booking.
Anything to do to change this?

Solution Found: Go to the specific Booking Page. On the left-hand column, scroll down to Service Filter and tick the relevant service(s). No service is ticked by default, which should be (that was the crux). Ensure that the staff are all ticked so that everyone's bookings can be seen on the Calendar at a glance. Or you can filter by staff to see the Services booked for.
Also, go to your Personal Calendar > click on the 3 dots ... to Sharing Permissions > Add My Organisation > Permission set to "Can view titles and location" so that the Service in Bookings can be reflected above. Else it is just a grey box if you select "Can view when I'm busy". Add the Service Calendar name and repeat the same steps.

The same thing is happening to one of our staff members' appointments, but only intermittently.
Sometimes the information will show up on the Bookings calendar and her personal calendar, other times it shows up on her personal calendar and the Bookings calendar shows a gray box and reports the time as busy.
Has anyone found a solution to this? - Debasish_Thakur
Microsoft
Is the Bookings calendar completely blank in this case ? Are the fliters on the left side for service and staff configured appropriately ? You can check these if it reolves the issue.
What is meant by services page here ? Can you share how you are opening that ?- ireneboccaCopper Contributor
Debasish_Thakur the bookings calendar reflects the availability of each individual but the actual booking details are not shown. For example, I booked myself an appointment for 3pm. Typically I will see the details of my booking. When I logged in to the bookings calendar, I only see 3pm greyed out but no details for me to click on.
