Appointments keep canceling in Bookings
I have group classes set up for a max of 125 people. The appointments keep sending auto cancellations and there are still spaces. I literally have had over a dozen people trying to register. They get...

We have the same issue and I would like to hear an update as well. Same as users above indicated, it seems that in a group booking if one of the registrants cancels, the event shows up as "cancelled" in the organizer's (me) calendar, even though it is still active in Bookings. Then I have to go to the bookings event, hit "update booking" and it shows up in my calendar again. Of course then all registrants receive a "your event was updated" email, which is not ideal at all, especially if it happens more than once. Any updates for a fix?

Trainer_Nerd I no longer use bookings. It was too much work in the middle of Covid! Without a solution I moved on to using Eventbrite and Microsoft teams.
