All bookings disappeared/ no more staff member
I wanted to create a booking for one of my customers and noticed that all of my bookings (past and upcoming) vanished. Additionally, there are no longer any staff members shown. As a self-employed individual, only my name normally shows. However, the complete list with customers and business information etc. is still accessible.
When I create a new booking, the customer does receive a confirmation, but it does not show up in my agenda.
Has there been a modification following an update, or is there an issue of some kind?

The issue apparently occurs only when Bookings is accessed from an app. It works when it's accessed on a webbrowser: https://outlook.office.com/bookings/calendar
It should still be fixed but at least there is a way to work around it.- LighthouseCopper Contributor
Thanks for the workaround LucL1920.
The problem is within the app. Tuesday/Wednesday Office 365 apps often get updates. Have not heard back from Microsoft. I'll keep you updated.
- LighthouseCopper ContributorThe data is visible again or has been restored.
The problem is resolved at my end.
- keggebeenCopper ContributorYes! That's what I found out too. Plus, I restarted my laptop and they were all there again!

Lighthouse , same thing happened here. All staff was listed on Friday and when I came in Monday, every name is gone

Lighthouse We're experiencing the same issue and I've submitted a support request to our MS Admins to raise a support ticket. Have you heard anything from MS in the meantime?

@he reply from Microsoft:
Greetings!
As per the issue we checked the article that you provided, and we can see that multiple tenants and clients are facing this type of similar issue.
We will check this internally and we will let you know the update on the same. Kindly allow us some time so we can check and let you know.
Thank you for choosing Microsoft Support.

Same issue for me.

Same thing here. Looks like a wider issue? Is there a way to check if MS has picked up on this?Lighthouse

A support request has been submitted at Microsoft a couple of minutes ago.

Lighthouse Having the same issue. Maybe it's a sync or server problem. Noticed it yesterday.

Thanks for the reply Lanre_Egbeyemi.
Hopefully a Microsoft engineer is looking into it.
