after a customer booked, time slot displaying a wrong schedule for that date.
I set up a staff with a time schedule on Friday 5PM-6PM with a 10 minute per customer.
This is the view of the first customer. the time slot still correct.
after i booked it in 5:00 PM, i try to booked another appointment with a different name
below is the view after someone has booked at that day. The time slot at the right displaying time 10:10 AM - 5:50 PM
My issues is:
1. need a fix for the time slot display after someone booked for that day
2. time slot that has been picked by a customer need to become unselectable so not waste customer time.

zo1k123 Hey! I actually opened a ticket with Microsoft about this issue JUST recently, earlier this month. Actually, if you wait about 5 minutes, the booked timeslot will disappear from the Bookings calendar. However, this 5min delay is unacceptable and can cause confusion to customers, so we brought it up to their support team.
They made some changes on their backend and the delay is no longer there. Booked appointments do not show up on the Bookings calendar after they're created. Although there is still a 5 minute delay for updated and cancelled bookings (for example: if you update to a new date/time, the new time will still show up and the old time will not be available; and if you cancel a booking, the timeslot doesn't show up on the calendar ... until AFTER about 5 minutes later, then it'll be updated.)
However, I told the team that we can close the ticket, because whatever they did to fix the 5min delay for creation of Bookings can be applied to updated and cancelled Bookings. They can adjust it without the ticket being opened, and they should be aware of this as I mentioned it multiple times.
Let me know if you or anyone else is experiencing any delays with bookings. The engineer for our ticket was super helpful and I have contact with them if anything else comes up.

hohohono Are you certain of this? I'm testing Bookings as a possible solution for us however we are seeing a ~5min delay for the appointment timeslot to disappear/update. We do however see the following:

I'm actually not certain, because I'm not sure if this delay issue was only fixed for our tenant or globally worldwide. It sounds like the former was done (just our tenant got fixed), which sucks.
Actually, I observed this delay issue with "updated Bookings" (if someone changes their appointment day/time), so it wasn't entirely fixed anyway. However, our project related to Bookings got cancelled about two months ago, so I haven't looked back at this...
That error image came up because you tried to book the same timeslot, right? That's correct behaviour, since the timeslot was booked, the customer can't book it (hence the error). After about 5 minutes, that booked timeslot will disappear from the calendar.
Once someone books their appointment, they probably won't look back at the calendar anymore. But the bad news is, if they do, then it's just confusing. Although if the customer tried to book it, they'll realize that they can't, so maybe that helps imply that the timeslot was booked for them. (It's just if a new/different customer tries to get that same timeslot, then it's confusing for them.)
Want me to reopen the ticket? :/
