Administrator role allows for double bookings in microsoft bookings

Hi

In our team, currently 2 members have administator roles in our microsoft bookings calender. The booking system via our online booking page for customers works great. However, we noticed that microsoft bookings allowed for a double booking in our calender. Both bookings were made by each one of the administators of our team via the bookings app in teams.

After carefully checking, it now became clear that the administrators can overrule the "bookable if free" setting and book a service whenever they want (even if there is already one sheduled). Ofcourse I understand that an administrator should be able to overrule some thing (such as cancelling a meeting not made by them). However, it seems strange that the administraotr would not get at least a warning before booking that the selected staff/timing/service is already booked.

Is there a way to solve this?

Thanks

Janne
