Able to book but with "This person isn't available on this date. [..]" message

Hi All,

 

I was able to select a date and book a schedule, but the message- "This person isn't available on this date. Please choose another date or person." appears most of the time.

This has caused some confusion to my users and I hope to resolve it. I have tried adjusting the timezone/ business hours but the message still appears. 

 

Appreciate any guidance.

  • Hi HappyFace,

    The minimum and maximum lead time settings may be causing the unavailable messages.

     

    • Go to Bookings Page, Default Scheduling Policy 
    • First, check the Minimum and Maximum lead time settings. You will get the error message when the times are outside the parameters. 
    • You can also check the General availability. 
    •  

       
    • If Set different availability is used, then ensure the start and end dates are correct. See below. 

     

    • Still, if the message continues, look at the user's calendar. You can ensure the user has not blocked off Outlook calendar times with a Busy status.
