Show moderator view with VBA PowerPoint macros

Please how can I present in moderator mode without having to go to the three points when I am already presenting?

Although I have already selected what Office tells me (see image 1) when I present nothing happens, it remains the same as if I had not marked them.

In addition to marking these options, do I have to make any additional payment?

Also, I would like to please know how to do it using VBA PowerPoint with some procedure.

I have also searched the VBA documentation for PowerPoint presentation object, but I can't find a solution.

I would greatly appreciate your help please with this problem.
