Is there a work around for this PowerPoint Bug?

if playing an audio or video on your powerpoint is not working when you play them on the 2nd time and this is happening not just on a specific file but to All of your Powerpoint files even on a newly created Powerpoint presenttation that this would mean that this is an App Issue
