Is it possible to link teams task with a tracker and make it automatic?

Hello, 

I am working on a project where we use Tasks on teams to manage and monitor duties inside the project.

We already have a tracker using Sharepoint but we have to update each row (step of acomplishment) of each task to make it up-to-date.

Is there a way/app/software that would extract informations on Teams Tasks and bring it in a tracker to monitor the project status?
